Chicago gives Obama a Warmer Welcome than White House News conference

The first family will be in their home town of Chicago this weekend for a wedding. They reportedly got a much warmer welcome than the President got when he arrived at his press conference earlier in the day on Friday.

The first family was cheered on by happy supporters who were packed in the streets as their motorcade transported them to their Kenwood home.

Well wishers held up signs, welcoming the president home while others thanked him for various actions he has taken in his capacity as President.

The crowd was definitely a much warmer crowd. Earlier in the day, the president was heckled by a conservative website reporter who was not happy with Obama’s decision to stop the deportation of young illegal immigrants.

The first family will attend the wedding of Laura Jarrett, daughter of Obama senior adviser Valerie Jarrett.
